- How do I check my order status?
Please email email@example.com to get an update. You can expect a tracking number as soon as the item leaves our facility.
- My order was damaged in delivery, who do I contact?
We package carefully so that your item arrives ready to give you years of enjoyment.
If you've found damage item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive it and no later than 10 days. You will need to send us a picture of the item and the order number. We will file a claim and update you.
Please write “Damaged Item” and the order number in the email subject.
Please don't return the merchandise till requested, because it will delay replacement of your order or the issuance of credit.
- My product is defective. Can I return it?
Any product pass through QC before being shipped from our facility. If you have problem with any item, please email us at email@example.com.
- Can I Cancel My order?
You may cancel your order for any reason before it's packed, and you will not be charged. Please email us no later than 5 days from order date. If the merchandise has already been shipped, you'll have to pay all of the shipping and handling charges.
