Return / Refund Policy

We think you'll agree that El Botella has the best return policy in the industry. You have 60 days to return the merchandise for full refund and another 60 days (120 days total) to return for store credit. So, go ahead shop with ease of mind. After delivery, if you are not fully satisfied with the products you can return it, no questions asked.

Return & Exchanges: You have 60 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for full refund, then another 60 days (120 days in total) to return for exchange or store credit as long as you haven't used the item at all. if the item is used, we cannot accept a return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return charges will be deducted from your credit. After that we will process the refund in 5 working days from our end. 

You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only USA). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.

Items sold in Installments: Any item Sold in installments will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All installment sales are final for now. We are planning to change the policy for the items sold in installment in the second half of 2022.

Defective & Incorrect: If a product is received defective or incorrect, please email us at info@elbotella.com immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.
